Work life balance. They are just happy to have employees at this point.

Cons

Slow product development. Product should be as visual and fun to use and the product sounds. Often one of the first products to get cut when orgs need to reduce spend Not a NEED to have product.

Strong alignment across leadership team, great culture, open communication, great product, big goals and big impact.

Cons

The market shift has necessitated a change in Sendoso’s go to market strategy. To their credit, the leadership team is learning and acting quickly. If you like PLG and building from scratch, this is a great time to be at Sendoso!
