A solid place to work and learn

- solid support structure - really friendly engineers to work with - pushed enough to be constantly learning - given full cool projects to work on - promoted after a year

Cons

- on-call, not my favorite system. You'll likely be on-call every month, which means for a week, day or night, you're you can be pinged to handle anything that breaks. Feels like extra work I wasn't told about so heads up - layoffs = more legacy code

The training was amazing, the team is very involved and the company has amazing benefits.

Cons

Even with a big round of funding, they laid off 100 employees in 1 day.
