Pros

Sendoso has come a long way in the last few years. Leadership is making smart decisions and is very transparent about our company roadmap and goals. I love the people I work with -- the collaboration across departments is refreshing.

Cons

The pace is pretty fast at Sendoso. Lots of work, lots of projects, lots of moving pieces. I can see how that might not be a good fit for everyone, but it makes for an exciting work environment.

This was my first corporate role I had out of college and it had a great on-boarding as well as great leadership!

Cons

Sales was obvious hard as you had to meet metrics.
