      Pros

      Loved the weekly grub hub gift cards and laidback feel. There is an Openness to fail. Great pay. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Everything feels haphazard and things change mid-flight constantly. During my time there, I changed managers, job description and title several times. The D&I efforts while present are sorely misplaced. It makes me so sad that I could not get out of there fast enough as there were so many good ppl I connected and worked with but this company had a lot of growing to do.

      Pros

      Really am thankful for the culture at Sendoso. I felt really supported and am so grateful for the mentorship I received in the year I was there.

      Cons

      They had to make the difficult decision of letting go 15% of their staff. Economic downturn no one could prepare for and so the layoffs felt sudden. Really did enjoy my time there and will miss out on all the amazing things I would’ve been able to learn and do.
