A company that has turned things around for the better
Pros
Sendoso today is a completely different company than when I first joined. Having been here for quite some time, I’ve witnessed its transformation firsthand. There was a challenging period in the past when leadership lacked transparency, which created an unhealthy culture. This coincided with layoffs (a reality many companies faced at the time), and even after they ended, the lingering uncertainty made it tough for everyone. The real turning point came with our new leadership team. They stepped in, acknowledged past mistakes—even those they didn’t personally make—and focused on rebuilding trust. They’ve prioritized transparency and open communication, regularly seeking employee feedback and actually implementing meaningful changes based on it. The executives are approachable, and the overall culture has shifted to one of positivity and collaboration.Throughout my time at Sendoso I’ve also had many career growth opportunities which I am thankful for. It’s truly refreshing to come to work feeling excited about our mission and supported in my role. I’m proud of how far Sendoso has come and grateful to be part of its continued growth.
Cons
I personally haven't had a pay increase in 1.5 yrs (basically since the layoffs) due to budget cuts / despite consistently having over-achieving performance reviews. This has been challenging, but I’m optimistic that this will change in the upcoming review cycle as the company continues to prioritize employee well-being & retention.
