Startups are naturally aggressive to act and reach demanding goals. It feels that the company is trying to run before it can walk. Needs to focus on fundamental product issues before tackling new upgrades and integrations.

Really am thankful for the culture at Sendoso. I felt really supported and am so grateful for the mentorship I received in the year I was there.

Cons

They had to make the difficult decision of letting go 15% of their staff. Economic downturn no one could prepare for and so the layoffs felt sudden. Really did enjoy my time there and will miss out on all the amazing things I would’ve been able to learn and do.
