      -incredible company that genuinely cares about employees as people first -tons of growth opportunities --> hard work is recognized through frequent shoutouts/appreciation sends/promotions/title changes -start-up feel has been maintained even as our company is growing globally -transparent and extremely approachable executive leadership team

      -growing pains associated with fast growth -you have to be ready to adapt/adjust to changes and be flexible with opportunities and projects

      Salary not in line with current market and potential to make money on commission is very limited. Be cautious during the interview process and ask to speak to reps in the role otherwise you will be misled by management desperate to bring on new employees.
