Sendoso is a great company to work for the people are truely dedicated to the growth of the company and care about department doing their part. Benefits are good. It is also great to see the company taking a turn for the better.

Cons

- System could be updated in parts. - Work/Life balance is a personal and company commitment. It would be good to see that be more of a focus on the company side.

Being at Sendoso for a while, I’ve seen Sendoso at the entirety of stages described in prior reviews (warehouse struggles, layoffs, etc). I can confidently say Sendoso is in a great place in 2025 with a thriving business and much stronger leadership than previous times. - Very supportive and strong leadership that understand prior scar tissue of prior management - Best in class product and warehousing - Great work life balance - Unlimited PTO - supportive team and work culture - New found company and team momentum

Cons

- in the tough economic environment, pay increases have been hard to come by - no 401K matching - Product can be a tougher sell as it’s often viewed as a nice to have (not that that is accurate)
