      Really liked the interview process and how comprehensive it was. Also really liked how friendly everyone is and what the company is all about.

      Cons

      I have no cons and really enjoy working for Sendoso. If you want to work at a company that cares about its employees, come here!

      Pros

      Humble, collaborative culture. Exposure to execs. Freedom to experiment, and no backlash if things aren't perfect. Awesome leadership. Great benefits. Freedom to work remotely and during hours that suit the needs of your family.

      Cons

      Earlier stage startup, so we are still working on official processes, etc. Changes in strategy mean a change in course occasionally (but again...typical of an earlier stage startup)

      - Great Culture: The company truly cares about its employees and maintaining a strong work/life balance. Vacation bonuses, events, communications around current world events, etc. You never feel isolated. - Leadership Cares: Communication between leadership and employees on the direction of the company is so clear. You never have to worry about not knowing how the company is truly doing. - Continuously Growing: This company is a clear leader in its industry and it shows. You feel confident in the services you're selling and supporting. You feel challenged by your colleagues because everyone is so talented.

      Cons

      - Still Start-up Mode: If you're uncomfortable with the fast-paced nature of a start up company, the quick shifts in direction can be challenging. Sendoso is the clear leader in its space and the company has to shift initiatives quickly to stay on top. This isn't a real negative attribute, but something all new hires should expect.
