      Pros

      Amazing team that values fit and professional development. Experienced leadership that knows what it takes to scale a company but also values and encourages employee work/life balance. Really strong product-market fit that portents to continued growth for the business.

      Cons

      Typical chaos of working at a start-up but that's what makes it exciting. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

      Pros

      Helping build the team at Sendoso has been very rewarding. The experience I've had and the people I've met have been wonderful. Sendoso has been a great place for me and I can see myself here for many more years.

      Cons

      There are lots of new job reqs and it is sometimes hard to keep up with the growth but I'd prefer to be busy than bored.

      Pros

      Great product, needed Sendoso at my last job. Great work/life balance so far with an upcoming Summer Break Series holiday and extra time off. Vacation Slack channel to share stories and HR tries to bring the employees together (albeit virtually) during COVID. Love the shoutouts!

      Cons

      Lots of growth during COVID and so many new people at the company it's hard to keep up.
