      Company is very supportive and management is one of the best I've been with in terms of friendliness and the ability to get things done. I feel like I can come to management with anything.

      Still in start up mode so things can move fast.

      -Super young company, tons of room to move up/around internally -Everyone has a chance to impact the processes that are put into place -The culture here is what other companies try to achieve with culture initiatives -The product is ACTUALLY good and can become huge -Client contact rate is low - which typically points to a product that isn’t full of bugs

      Cons

      -There are communication errors that happen around the company, most likely due to growing pains. -In the difficult stage of scaling up to match with growth at the moment.
