      Let's start with the management team at Sendoso. They are ALL fearless leaders that give you the tools you need to be successful. It has been such a blessing working at Sendoso, as I have made lifelong friends, and people that support me in every aspect of life. Pros: -Favorite Snacks? (Send your request to Office Manager, and she makes it happen) - Unlimited PTO -Casual Dress -Healthy work-life balance -Promotions (No politics here.... if you hit your number, you will for sure get a promotion.... no Ifs, Ands or Butts). Sendoso is a company where you can SHINE!!! -Open Communication (Your manager truly listens to your ideas, and implements them. Not only that, but they make sure to give you credit in front of your peers #joe #payton #raeanne. -Take a quick break and play some games with your co-workers.... (or walk to the mall, as we are connected to Fashion Square). -Team Happy Hours - Dinners- Sporting Events - etc. -Penthouse office (Best view in all of Phoenix) - top floor!!! #UNREAL -Bring your dog to work -Presidents Club Trips -Etc . Awards: -Tenbound 2019 Best Sales Development Tech Award (Beast) - August 23rd 2019 -Golden Llama Award 2019 -Sales + SDR teams consistently hit quota ($$$$)

      - Start up work environment. Management gives you an assignment, and expects that you figure it out. (No micromanaging ). - Not many cons, being transparent. Work Hard - Play Hard environment.

      Pros

      Growing incredibly quickly in a super interesting market with a ton of room for growth. Every day there are new problems to solve and the team does a great job of maintaining transparency throughout the organization. Management has done an incredible job of building a culture that balances fun, creativity, and hard work.

      Cons

      As with any high-growth organization, there are often more challenges than there are people to solve them immediately but that comes with the territory.

      Pros

      The best part about working at Sendoso is that fact that upper management cares about every single employee that they hire. Sendoso's culture is amazing. The Sales Org has fun games to add excitement to the grind of the month. Employees and management care about one another and help when anyone is struggling or needs extra attention. My favorite perk is the travel reimbursement. Sendoso wants all their employees to travel and develop professionally and personally
