Pros

Small but mighty start-up that's growing rapidly. Everyone whom works here is passionate about the company and their job-- producing excellent work. Great company culture. Company wide incentives when quarterly quota is hit. Unlimited PTO. 1 half day a month. Cute office pup. Snacks/drinks always available.

Cons

Benefits could be better.. but will come in time as we grow and receive more funding.

Absolutely ruthless and incompetent COO who encourages a culture of hate, discrimination, and favouritism. COO ruined the company ever since she was given more authority at the top level. Unfortunately, CEO is not empowered to take the bold decisions. The same company not only survived but excel when COVID-19 hit, reason, the leadership (CEO, CTO) was more empowered and put their bet on people by saying "we are all in this together". The results were amazing at that time, every individual went above and beyond to take Sendoso to the next level.
