      Few local guys in Lahore think they own it and want to run it as a local freelancing business till now. Very high level micromanagement plus you always have to be Yes sir otherwise your job isn't secure. Too many relatives of local higher management added in company out of merit. Few engineers are given two raises per year and to other one per year just one example of personal liking and non-professional thing in company. KRIS you are such a nice guy please come to Pakistan and see how they are exploiting your company.
