      Pros

      Sendoso is a company like no other. Very talented and passionate team. Incredible product with amazing product/market fit. Fantastic customers, great offices, awesome benefits - there's not much to complain about. Tons of opportunities for growth no matter what part of the company you work for.

      Cons

      None that aren't normal growing pains for a hypergrowth startup.

      Pros

      Great product, market fit, awesome culture, talented leadership, realistic achievable goals, lots of promotion potential. most management is truly invested in their employees both personally and professionally, and great office perks.

      Cons

      Sendoso is an early-stage company who is growing quickly. Things change frequently and there is a lot of work to be done. This is not a con for most current employees but could be for someone not used to a start-up environment.
