Pros

Decent starting pay and opportunity to earn annual merit increases. Real good health insurance. 401K company match. Super flexible hours during non-production months.

Cons

Although the company provides a good amount of vacation time, you will probably not be able to use much, if any of it during the production (canning season) months. This is roughly June thru Sept.
