Pay and benefits. Overtime opportunities if you like it. Fall spring and winter are very flexible with scheduling.

Cons

Summer is busy, no vacation and only a couple days off each week max. Overtime if you don't like it.

Pros

The pay was extremely lucrative and the first impression sold the job very quickly. HR was helpful and quite friendly, helping me when I needed it.

Cons

Corporate culture is toxic. Mistakes are punished with reckless abandon. Most employees don't speak English. Training is nearly nonexistent. "Ask questions" isn't useful advice, and that was repeated to me ad nauseum. They only care about money and NOT their employees, so far as supervisors go, at least.
