Great Company, Great Pay, Great Benefits

Pros

Good company to work for. Great benefits and pay along with a company paid pension program. Management seems to be getting younger and younger but come with different views than the older workforce.

Cons

Pack season can be long at times, but its what we sign up for. Makes up for it during the non-pack season working 4-10 hour days and having a three day weekend every week.

No pros whatsoever. Wish I had something better to say.

Cons

Forced to work 10 to 12 hours a day and could not take a single day off even if you have a severe cold. HR constantly threatened employees with termination if they couldn't work the 10 plus hours. A lot of discrimination went on in both HR and inside the production facility. Overworked and not allowed to take bathroom breaks, would be forced to work on lines while being sprayed with chemicals in the face by sanitation. Very dangerous work condition and mentally harmful. And no room for growth.

The supervisor and manager treat their employees horrible, they don’t guide them what’s so ever and they just expect them to know what to do
