The supervisor and manager treat their employees horrible, they don’t guide them what’s so ever and they just expect them to know what to do

Pack hours are long and vary daily depending on the crop. In shop support things are much more stable and consistent. Loved the environment and the daily changes.

Cons

No time off really but that's to be expected during pack. Pay could be better to keep qualified people coming back.
