      Pros

      Really good pay Great company culture Your job is hanging out with farmers and talking about peaches... it's awesome.

      Cons

      They own you for the Summer/peach season. This isn't really a problem though, if you're like me and this is a Summer job and you're working with friends. For people that don't like driving, there's a lot of it. They give you a handsome stipend for gas/maintenance though.
