      Pros

      Pay is good for fulltime employees. That's about it.

      There is no confidentiality when HR dept is involved. Very very bad.

      Pros

      Seneca foods is a friendly place to work in. Management is very easy to work with and they are understanding.

      Cons

      Cons of working here is that people who have worked there for years get to choose their hours of work. Newest workers work less and might have their schedules changed often.

      Have been working for about 4 seasons now, through which I have achieved many positions in Quality Control and Mechanic.

      Pros

      First of all, everybody is really friendly and easy to work with. Another pro is that if you're only looking for a Summer job, this is the perfect thing for that as production stops when the fruit season ends. As you gain seniority, you can apply for jobs that work year-round! Great pay.

      Cons

      The opposite may be truth, if you're not looking for a seasonal job, you will get laid off around the time the fruit season ends. Of course, this is only if you work in the production.
