Pros

Great opportunity to learn new things

Cons

If your a female and want to become a full time mechanic then seneca foods is not the place to be due to they do not want full time female mechanics because they say they move too slow getting started in the morning and they have trouble staying on task even though the male mechanics can stand around and do nothing and yet thwy still get chosen to be full time but no matter what a female does she will never be good enough to be a full time mechanic no matter how much she worked and no matter how good she is because the management is obviously still stuck in the 1950's

Pros

A lot of overtime, temporary work, professional training, easy to do jobs. As long as you are doing you're job there is nothing to worry about. pay increase with every year you work.

Cons

Hard to impossible to get a day off during high peak season, wear protection equipment at all times. Hard to keep you're lunch in the fridge sometimes.
