Lots of overtime in summer, rotating shift schedule. Not a good work/life balance.

Pros

Pack hours are long and vary daily depending on the crop. In shop support things are much more stable and consistent. Loved the environment and the daily changes.

Cons

No time off really but that's to be expected during pack. Pay could be better to keep qualified people coming back.
