The company culture and growth opportunity is what makes working at Seneca fulfilling. The VP who oversees the Richmond and Raleigh region has been with the company for over 12 years and has been an example of the upward mobility and growth opportunities for those who work hard to achieve their goals. As a leader, she has promoted an open door policy creating actionable goals for the team, flexibility at work and able to resolve issues quickly and her willingness to help. Our team focuses on what we can control and how we can produce an outcome for everyone's success. The ambiance in our office is refreshing, knowing we are all working together to achieve our goals and celebrate our wins as a team.

Cons

The health and PTO/holiday benefits could improve.

They are on a hybrid schedule. You will get experience and opportunity to work with a variety of clients on a variety of roles.

Cons

Unorganized, unclear expectations, lack of training and support, very obvious preference and preferential treatment for sales only.

Absolute WORST job of my career

Absolutely none, worst career decision ever!

Cons

No training, horrible micromanage, expected to be able to fully function in my job by Day 15. I barely knew where the kitchen was. My manager spoke to.me one way in private then a total different way to hwe boss. She called me inefficient, incompetent, insubordinate etc before the ens if my 1st month. I was told I could ask for help or questions. When I did, I did not get any helpful info, training, or advice.
