      A company dragging itself down

      Pros

      Management on the recruiting side is amazing and deserves so much better. Incredibly hard working, good at connecting, strong presence

      Cons

      The rest of management is rough. They continue to make things harder for those who work hard, and will make it worse as they attempt to push out the high earners for entry level folk. It felt like the company was going to fall off a cliff 1-2 times a month, and they constantly removed benefits or squeezed checks to satisfy VC ownership. 8:30 to 5:30 and management will be mad if you leave at 5:30. Swapped from Tu-Th onsite to M/T/Th/F onsite on 10 days notice and were shocked that people had to quit. Chased off one of their highest earning BDs and replaced him with a guy with no connections and business fell off hard.

      Upcoming college grads, beware

      Pros

      Decent comradery in the office but not enough to make up for the overworking you have to do.

      Cons

      They will only want to pay you what you're worth when you're heading out the door. The company is on a downhill turn college grads, so don't work here.
