      Pros

      You will never receive a payment late, and every question that I have asked has been answered.

      Cons

      If you do everything right at wherever you're sent, you won't be contacted often. There isn't anything to be in the dark about though, so this isn't a serious con.

      Superb and reputable leadership that continuously engages you, team collaboration, client project follow up and monitoring for the purpose continuous close client relationship and and quality delivery.

      Cons

      No issues that I have come across during my consulting tenure. Of course like any work environment, there is always room for improvement.

      I loved my experience working in the Birmingham office. Welcoming environment, excellent training and encouragement.

      Cons

      Remote work was not an option when I worked there, I think they have since amended this rule.
