      Pros

      Great culture among all offices. Everyone works hard and strives to be great in what can be a tough industry to work in. Owners do what they can to provide everyone with the tools needed to be successful. Overall good team of individuals to work with.

      Cons

      Unfortunately one individual can ruin it for the entire organization. Terrible leadership at the operational level. Controlling, condescending, and disrespectful are 3 words to describe this person. Militaristic style approach to all processes and individuals throughout the organization. Do not recommend anyone taking a position with Seneca due to the leadership at this time.
