Pros

Title sums it up. Seneca Resources is an IT staffing firm that is expanding in a booming industry. The office environment lends to an excellent camaraderie and the MD is very supportive to help us recruiters attain our goals! We even have office dogs!

Cons

The only room for improvement here would be added remote flexibility. As we grow it will really help to attract and retain talent in a competitive industry.
