Pros

I've never been one to 'job hop' and after landing at Seneca Savings many years ago was sure this would be a long career. I have been able to keep learning, trying new things and never get bored. Benefits are great, the salary is competitive, fellow employees are like family and Management really cares!

Cons

Nothing of significance comes to mind.

Pros

Seneca Savings is a great place to work. Management, from the top down, treats employees with respect and values their ideas and input, and they do not "micro manage". The work environment is positive and departments work together well. The President of the bank actually comes around every day and says "hello" to all employees. I enjoy coming to work each and every day; couldn't say that about my previous employer! I've been at Seneca for several years and have seen much positive growth; I can honestly say I am proud to work for Seneca Savings.

Cons

Pay is okay; needs to be more competitive. Initial training is great, but individual positions lack training.
