Great Place to Work

Pros

I have moved over to Seneca after working for a couple large Banks and this reminds me of when I first started working in the banking industry. There is only 3 branches so it is very family orientated but large enough to be able to meet all Customers needs. And with all the departments in house, it is so nice to be able to just walk to someone and get your answer.

Cons

I really haven't ran into many cons yet, I think they do an exceptional job making sure employees feel welcomed and the ability to do their job well. I think the insurance is a little on the expensive side and maybe looking at that a little.

Pros

It's a great work environment. You are treated like family. Everyone is supportive in helping out and assisting where they can. Excellent camaraderie.

Cons

Don't have any currently, would like to see expansion of the branch network.

Pros

Seneca Savings is a great place to work. Management, from the top down, treats employees with respect and values their ideas and input, and they do not "micro manage". The work environment is positive and departments work together well. The President of the bank actually comes around every day and says "hello" to all employees. I enjoy coming to work each and every day; couldn't say that about my previous employer! I've been at Seneca for several years and have seen much positive growth; I can honestly say I am proud to work for Seneca Savings.

Cons

Pay is okay; needs to be more competitive. Initial training is great, but individual positions lack training.
