Pros

Large territory which helped with more customer acquisitions. Training was appropriate for the amount that we paid for the royalties. Corperate invested only when they were bought by private equity. I believe the money helped with acquiring new talent that helped the company.

Cons

Not sure, I think that the brand and the vision of thier company is right on. I hope they have a bright future.

Pros

While they take advantage of desperate people, if your desperate enough, anything is better then nothing.

Cons

You have to be willing to leave your moral values at the door when working with this company. They are out for profit at any cost. Government fraud, lying, and taking advantage of the elderly is not beneath them. The only thing they care less about then the client is the employee. Denying pay for hours worked is a regular practice and there is no standard procedure for grievances except to quite. There is no HR.
