Easy schedule during the beginning of the job. Get paid on time. Premium for working nights. Assigned to one client at a time.

Cons

Schedule is unpredictable. Your schedule can change without any notice. This week you’ll have a client and the next week you won’t have any clients or any shifts. Hours are not guaranteed but you are hired for a part time position. My client got taken off my schedule without any warning. Also, you will have to deal with a lot of physical abuse from the clients because of their various illnesses. Nothing will be done to address the physical or the verbal abuse regardless of how many time you document it. They gave me the overall impression that they don’t care about their employees. I am ashamed and disappointed by my experience.

Pros

I find the office staff to be very accommodating, considerate and compassionate. All the qualities required in the floor staff. They will give you rides if you don’t drive and generally work to make your life easier. Always progressive!

Cons

Salary could be higher but they are working on this.
