I enjoyed working for Senior Suites as an Administrative Assistant. I enjoyed my residents. Learning from the best.

Pros

Working with my resident. I like meeting new people. Making people feel good about living at Senior Suites.

Cons

Checking on the residents. Making sure they was still up and about. Sometime some of the residents got real sick and I had to call the ambulance. That part of my job I did not like. But overall it was a good job.

Worst Place to work at and even worse to put your family in one of their homes

staff are really great people who are constantly getting screwed over. Raises are generally under 1%, but at least it is a job until something better comes up

Cons

Everything.......no recognition. Monthly employee of the month is rigged as is the yearly winners of the SLC employee of the year. It is all about kissing up to the upper management not weather or not you are actually a devoted and hardworking employee. It is a very sad state at the community level, with corporate talking values and mission statements that they themselves do not abide by.
