Pros

The training I received from the beginning has been second to none. The collaboration between communities has allowed me to grow quickly with information. My direct leadership has helped me with not only giving me the answers but also allowing me to explore options and submit for approval. Truly a company that lives their values of HEART.

Cons

High expectations but while this could be a con....it has you strive for excellence even past that point that you think you have.
