We're proud to offer amazing benefits to our staff members that include daily pay, health insurance, 401(k) with a match, flexible paid time off, tuition assistance and more! Please reach out to your HR Director to make sure that you're taking advantage of them. Our supervisors and leaders are very skilled and knowledgeable in their various departments but we're always looking to improve our leadership skills. As a company, our leaders are taking part in InteGREAT training which we'll be bringing to our communities as we invest in our staff members and community leaders! Thank you for your feedback.

- Company takes pride in offering a luxury product - Mission & Vision are passed down from top leadership - Positive atmosphere not only at Wellmore D.I. but at all communities within the SLC or Wellmore portfolio - Community leaders have a lot of autonomy
