Lots of OT Employees are pretty nice. I likes the online training.

Cons

Management Sucks I've seen people take mirrors of the truck and not get fired.

Pros

Overtime is always available Somewhat easy to advance to an FTO Supervisors are great, friendly, always there when you need them

Cons

Pay (as with every ems company) Payroll constantly screws up your pay and won't admit to it being their fault Constantly having to fight for your pay any raise you get takes months to go into effect Ridiculously strict rules Dispatchers are terrible and don't care about you No lunch breaks You have to ask permission to make any stops even if it's to a POST and if you don't ask permission you will get written up or sent home for the day. Worst of all, certain types of people get treated better than others.

Pros

Flexible schedule, affordable health benefits, multiple bases, entry opportunity to 911, per diem, part time and full time available, free uniforms.

Cons

The fleet is starting to show its age. Minimum support from dispatch, upper management is great, but middle management is hit or miss when it comes to trust.
