Flexible hours with decent pay.

At Sensera Systems, the team motto is "work hard, play hard" and over the two years I have been with the group, I've found this to be 100% accurate. The leadership team has worked hard to create and nurture a great company culture where people are valued and have opportunity for growth. - I personally have received two merit-based promotions since joining the team and have also grown and promoted my team members. - Employees are valued and acknowledged regularly at monthly all-hands meetings. - Employees are encouraged to nominate their co-workers for monthly rewards - We have amazing workalike balance. This is the first company I have worked for in the last 10 years where I have not been contacted or expected to work outside of business hours. - This is also the first company I have worked at where I have been provided "equal pay for equal work" and bonuses are not just empty promises on an offer letter. - I have been so happy at Sensera Systems, I have recommended it to friends and colleagues, one of whom now works here. In fact, many of our employees refer their friends and past co-workers when we have openings.
