Pros
Sensibill is a great place to work. The work environment is divided by teams, but in an open floor plan which easily allows for cross team collaboration. All fellow employees are kind and welcoming, and encouraging in this work enviroment. Sensibill has managed to pull in some very interesting and bright talent, coming from such different professional backgrounds.The culture is rich in social gatherings and encouraging of cross team collaboration on projects or tasks, which is great for relationship building. There is plenty of opportunity for those willing to seek it. Sensibill takes good care of their employees, as three weeks vacation is standard - which is always an added bonus! Also, corporate gym memberships are available for all interested employees. Healthy lifestyle and life outside of work are encouraged, which is refreshing.
Cons
Sensibill is not for employees who need a lot of hand holding or guidance. The kinds of people that will succeed here, need to be able to keep up with the fast pace, and need to be solutions-oriented, hard working and self sufficient. Also, Sensibill is not made for those who struggle to focus while working in an open concept floor plan. As the team grows, so will the volume (which may not work for everyone).
