Thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback for our team. We’re on a mission to provide a 5-star experience to all Sensibillians, and although we wish we had heard this while you were still employed with us, we still appreciate the opportunity to improve for the future. Unfortunately, like many other companies in the Toronto tech ecosystem we did have to part ways with some of our team members at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic due to the uncertainty of our business. We’ve also recently reviewed and adjusted our company-wide goal setting framework based on feedback from our team, and have received a positive response since implementing it earlier this year. Although the Sensibill experience can vary manager to manager, we aim to provide them with the resources they need to be successful and support their teams.
