Pros

I really have enjoyed working for Sensible Care. I am very picky who I work for because patient care is the number one thing I care about. Not only do they treat their patients well but they also treat their employees well. The work-life balance is quite nice. The work environment is very supportive and friendly. I can go to anyone for any reason and get solution quickly. I love that everyone supports each other. I would be a patient here, they are that good.

Cons

I really don't have any cons at this point. I have been here going on 9 months and I am so happy I decided to apply here.

Pros

Work from home is convenient, great relationship with clients. Some co workers are great to talk to.

Cons

No parental leave benefits, NOT OK whatsoever for mother's that need the time. No yearly raises, and given the run around when you want more compensation for high demand work levels.

Pros

1. I get to work from home and avoid a nasty commute! They're not calling us back to the office. 2. They always invite us to in-person parties and events. 3. I've gotten a raise/promotion every year I've been here. 4. Amazing leaders starting with the CEO and Medical Officer! They do things differently from the other MH companies I've worked at. 5. So many great co-workers who work hard and improve things. 6. Great benefits like healthcare, 401k matching without a waiting period, lots of paid holidays. Don't listen to naysayers who are just upset because they were passed up for promotion or were called out for not pulling their weight! There is so much opportunity to grow here if you want to.

Cons

1. Some tech changes lately but what startup doesn't have changes? 2. Lots of healthcare laws to keep up with. They take patient privacy and security very seriously.
