Pros

The management is so supportive and invested in your success as a Clinician. Respectful of both providers and clients.

Cons

Health care is pricey. It would be good to have other options.

Overworked, underpayed

Pros

Great co-workers, direct supervisors really do try to advocate for PCCs, fully remote

Cons

Direct supervisors are also extremely overworked, no raises, no opportunity for advancement, company is rapidly expanding without hiring more support or giving raises to compensate for the growth and increased work, exectutives and higher ups are so out of touch with what the lower administrative departments actually do, they see them as unintelligent people who need baby sitting, feels very degrading. They make changes to the workflow of the PCCs without consulting with or asking if it would even be beneficial.
