Pros

Sensient helps with your development. They really care about giving you the tools to be successful. I recommend applying to Sensient if you're looking for a company who cares about their people and helping them grow. I couldn't have picked a better company to join.

Cons

It would be nice if I was given the opportunity to attend personal development seminars or see other Sensient facilities around the US. Seeing other Sensient facilities would help me expand my knowledge of the business. So that's something that could change.

no transparent feedback culture and expectations. depressing surroundings, full of unhappy people. for a company to dismiss an employee at the very last day of probation, 2 hours before end of business day, without any prior negative feedback or warnings, says a lot on how this company appreciates their employees
