Pros
Sensient is a great place to build a career - whether you are an office staff team member or production team member. Employees are provided opportunities to learn as much as they want - in any function they want. Someone can start in one functional area and move to another if they show they are willing to learn and take on the responsibility.
Cons
The business can be shortsighted at times - at least on our half of the business. We are also a lean organization, which allows for a lot of opportunity, but also commonly causes burn out and may not be the right fit for someone looking for great work life balance.
