      There are some employees who are great to work with.

      Cons

      It’s a horrible culture where everyone plays the blame game. There are few people who don’t have a clue on what the are doing but they have a management position. Like the other reviews stated 2/3 of the finance team have left and some of them left without a new position. It’s a very toxic culture. The management talks about promoting within which never happens. I am very surprised that the 1/3 person in the finance who is still working there. Employees are not valued for their loyalty and hard work. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

      A Company with a lot of problems

      Pros

      The employees are paid very well and a lot of the staff does not have a degree. Upper management is great and is welling to hold a conversation with anyone.

      Cons

      Lack of direction and employee concerns are never addressed. Employees are overworked and never thanked. Middle management is horrible and does not take ownership of mistakes and lack of direction. Middle management also does not respect the employees and disrespects them often (verbally). All of the middle management uses swear words and use racial slurs and nothing is done to them by HR. Resent fired the only Black person in management.
