      Great support from the leadership and coworkers. Continuous training all year long. Excellent benefits. A company that values its employees and practice integrity, product and workers safety, and professionalism as core values. Located near downtown St Louis, near hockey, baseball and soccer major league venues.

      Cons

      St Louis can be a little hot mostly at the end of summer.

      Pros

      I have been with the company for over 10 years. It’s been a great place to develop my career, make life long friends, learn about things I probably never thought about if not challenged, and get paid fairly in keeping up with the market. No company is perfect but every Sunday night, I look forward to seeing those wonderful faces the next day and get excited about my projects for the week. Challenges have brought growth and opportunity in my career at Sensient and I am grateful to work here. The leaders care about my career and are supportive. Very stable company that I hope I can retire from one day.

      Cons

      No cons really for me but a fair warning for others: It is not for those that are not passionate about their work. It is not for those who don’t want to be held accountable or have ownership.
