      Pros

      Sensient is a global company and one of the industry leaders. Plenty of growth opportunities especially if you are open to relocation. Pay and benefits are good.

      Cons

      Some would say the professional dress code but this does not bother me. There is flexibility but sometimes it depends on your location and manager. Time off could be improved but holiday schedule is above average.

      Fast paced, new opportunities, new projects, coworkers and management are very helpful, was able to learn about the industry from day one, great company culture, focused on growth and results

      Wish there was more career development focus/mentoring, as well as individual growth.
