Sensient is great for young professionals

As a young professional, I am amazed at the career opportunity at Sensient. Although I am early in my career, I am entrusted with a lot of responsibility to drive projects that truly impact the business, which is both challenging and rewarding. My team (both peers and management) are very supportive and helpful. We all help each other out when needed, but also allow individuals take project lead and show their strengths. Because Sensient is a global company, I have the opportunity to work with my colleagues in many different countries. It's wonderful working with a diverse group of people with different ideas and perspectives. Although I've only worked for Sensient for less than 2 years, I truly feel like I've gained 5+ years of meaningful experience and perspective, thanks to the opportunity that my supervisors and the Company provide to me.
Cons
Work load can be intense and work weeks can get long. However, the team I work with is passionate about what they do and the projects are very interesting, all of which makes it to dedicate myself to the work.
