Pros

You are encouraged from the get-go to make a difference to a business which is very close to the customer. Hence the experience gained in a short space of time is very broad and relevant. Light on red-tape and procedures. Early days, but I'd say career advancement opportunities are better than most.

Cons

The flip-side of light procedures is that the company is quite hectic. The senior leadership is US based and do not always take a global view.

Too much management no communication plant gets way too hot no ventilation management doesn't listen to production very quick to discipline for making mistakes which makes alot of daily stress
