      Pros

      - If you are pro-active, this is a good place to be for your personal development: either in your funtional role, through internal promotions or international assignments - Ongoing efforts are put into creating a good employee experience. They have come a long way over the last years including employee feedback/surveys that are the basis for continuous improvements.

      Cons

      - Many countries/regions - as well as the groups' headquarters in the USA - have not yet adopted a global approach. This needs more attention.

      Great pay but no work life balance

      Pros

      Pay and benefits were very good. They try to match the hourly wages of other surrounding manufacturing plants. Great group of people to work with.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Management and supervisors don't care about you or what might be going on in your personal life. All the company cares about is production and making money. Safety is a joke. The company preaches a safety first environment but wont fix any safety issues until after someone gets hurt. Safety training is very lacking and the emergency response team is poorly trained. Overall poor work environment. Their are a lot of people that do not like their jobs but refuse to leave because of the good pay. The saying they have is "the company keeps you there with 'golden handcuffs'."

      Pros

      Decent salary but still not worth it due to the harsh and rigid culture.

      Cons

      - incompetent managers who have unreasonable expectations from employees in terms of projects and deliverables. - If you don't mind being micromanaged and can cope with anxiety/stress from terrible management then this is the company to work for. -Although management asks for feedback, it goes in from one ear and out the other
