      There are no pros to working at sensient. The industry, however, is very interesting.

      Cons

      Expect to work ridiculous hours, and to be available on your few vacation days. Pto and pay are not at industry standard. 95% of positions are not bonus elligible. Hard work is not rewarded. Expect to be micromanaged. Most managers talk out of both sides of their mouth. Atmosphere is stuffy, you will be forced to wear a suit everyday, and there is no casual anything. No advancement opoortunities. All the other negative reviews are true. Stay away!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

      -Pace of work -Independent work -Professional interaction -Availability of supervisor for guidance. -Friendly co-workers -Professionalism -Working with Engineering Health and Safety -How the team accepted and worked with new employees -The dress code that adds to the professional enviornment.

      -How much work that is due each day. -Not knowing how to move up in the company.
